Focus and Scope

Published annually, the Tulane European & Civil Law Forum is dedicated to offering scholarly and timely articles, comments, case notes, and book reviews that preserve and advance the civilian tradition and strengthen Louisiana's links with Europe.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
